
RULES
AND INFORMATION
1. ENTRY FEE: $15.00
per class.
2. SCHOOLING
OVER FENCES will be by permit only. Permits may be
purchased from the show secretary for $10.- They are good
for 10 minutes of schooling during the times designated
by management.. Free schooling is permitted over the
practice jump(s) any time.
3. Negative
coggins dated within one year of the show date is
required. Bad checks=$50.00 Fee.
4. NO PRE-ENTRIES-
All Classes are entered at the show.
5. STALLS: Stalls are
available at $35 each per day or $45 overnight.
Please call to reserve a stall as supply is limited.
6. RAIN:
The show will be held rain or shine. (Call in the event
of snow)
7. All
riders must wear an approved hard hat and that the rider must keep the
helmet on his or her head with harnesses fastened securely prior to
mounting, throughout the rides and until after dismounting.
8. RIBBONS AND
TROPHIES: Six ribbons and a trophy will be given in
each class. Each class winner will receive a ticket
which can be redeemed for a trophy of his/her choice.
Most trophies require 1 ticket, however, more
expensive trophies can be obtained with more tickets.
Championship and Reserve-Championship ribbons will be
given in each division at each show. Championships will
be determined by points as follows: 1st-7 points; 2nd-5 points; 3rd-4 points; 4th-3 points; 5th-2 points; 6th-1
point. End of series awards will be given to
exhibitors who accumulate the most points throughout the
series, in various categories. See Spring Series Awards
section of this prize list for details.
9. In case of a
tie for Champion or Reserve, it will be decided by
the most points over fences, "No Lead",
or time permitting, a hack off or coin toss- Management
decision.
10.
CANCELLATIONS OF CLASSES AND DIVISIONS:
a) A class can be cancelled if there are less than
2 entries.
b) A Division Championship or Reserve Championship
will not be awarded, for a show, if one or more of the
classes counting toward that division have been cancelled.
c) The end-of-series awards for a division will not
be made, if that division has been cancelled 2 or more
times.
11. MARTINGALES
ARE NOT PERMITTED IN UNDER SADDLE CLASSES, unless
otherwise specified.
12. Show
management reserves the right to combine or cancel
classes as entries warrant.
13. All
questions not covered by the rules in this prize list
shall be decided and interpreted by the show management,
whose decision shall be final.
14. All dogs
and other small animals must be kept on a leash at all
times. Exhibitors are cautioned not to endanger
spectators in any way.
15. The Meadow,
its owners, operators and employees will not be
responsible for damage, injury or loss to any person,
animal or property of exhibitors or spectators. It
shall be a condition of entrance to the grounds that this
is agreed.
16. Good
sportsmanship is expected. Any protests or
disagreements will be resolved by the show manager
in any way he deems fair. The show manager reserves
the right to expel or bar anyone from attending a show
within
reason.
17. Your cooperation
is requested in helping us to keep the show grounds clean. Waste
baskets are placed in convenient locations. Please
be sure to use them.

APPROVED HARD HAT MUST BE WORN BY ALL WHENEVER
MOUNTED!
