PRE CHILDREN'S/ADULT JUMPER DIVISION

Walk-Trot Division
Open to riders who have not reached their ELEVENTH (11) birthday as of December 1, 2007. Open to English and Western Riders.
Class 4. Walk-Trot
Equitation. To be shown at a walk and rising trot both ways in the
ring. To be judged on hands, seat and control of mount, as well as general
equitation and overall picture. May be asked to halt or back. Will not be asked to change horses.
Class 5. Walk-Trot Equitation #2. To be shown both ways in the ring
at a walk, a regular working, rising and sitting trot.
Class 6. Walk-Trot Advanced. To be shown at a walk and trot both
ways in the ring. May be asked to perform a test such as executing a
figure "8" or back up. May be asked to answer judge's
questions. Will not be asked to dismount and mount.
Class 7. Walk-Trot Equitation Cross Rails. To be shown on a course
over two sets of cross rails set at no more than 12 inches in height (Trot or
Canter, jump only)

LEAD LINE DIVISION
Open to riders who have not reached their NINTH (9) birthday as of December 1, 2007. Riders in this division may not ride in any other classes of this show. To be judged on the young riders ability to control horse or pony, and general overall appearance of entry. English or Western acceptable.
Class 8. Lead Line -
Walk only. To be shown at a walk both ways in the ring
Class 9. Lead Line Walk-Trot. To be shown at a walk and
trot both ways in the ring.
Class 10. Lead Line Advance. Riders will be asked to perform simple
tests.
Class 11 Lead Line-No Lead. Lead person will stay next to horse
and rider without a lead line attached
PLEASURE MODEL CLASS
Class 12. Open to any breed of horse or pony. To be shown in hand (handler to wear appropriate attire) in a halter or bridle according to breed type and, or style of riding. To be judged on conformation, type, standing on the line, at a walk/trot. Must be serviceably sound.
OPEN WESTERN PLEASURE DIVISION
Open to any Western Pleasure horse or pony and riders of all ages.
Class
13. Open Western Horsemanship.
To be shown at a Walk, Jog both ways in the ring. May be required to back
in a straight line. Judge may ask for specific tests to be
performed. Chaps must be worn by astride riders.
Class 14. Open Western Pleasure.
To be shown at a Walk and Jog both ways in the ring on a reasonable loose rein
without undo restraint. To be judged on performance 60%, conformation 30%
and appointments 10%.
Class 15. Open Western Cross Country
Pleasure. To be shown at a Walk, Jog and Lope both ways in the ring.
Riders may be asked to dismount and mount. To be judged on horses'
suitability as Western pleasure mount.

ADULT LONG STIRRUP EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to all exhibitors 18 years of age or over. Open to all equine breeds, horses or ponies. English or Western attire is permitted.
Class 16. Long Stirrup
Equitation Walk/Trot. Class to be judged on hands, seat and guidance as
well as control of mount.
Class 17. Long Stirrup Pleasure Walk/Trot. To be shown
at a Walk/Trot both ways of the ring. To be judged with emphasis on
manners and suitability as well as soundness and performance.
Class 18. Long Stirrup Pleasure Walk/Trot #2. Same as
above, but may be asked to ride a figure 8 or perform other simple tasks.

ADULT RIDER DIVISION
Open to riders 18 and over (as of December 1, 2007). Any type of equine breed is permitted. Tack and attire to be English or Western.
Class
19. Adult Rider Pleasure. To be
shown at a Walk, Trot both ways in the ring. To be judged on performance
and suitability.
Class 20. Adult Rider
Equitation. to be shown at the Walk, Trot and Canter both ways in the
ring.
Class 21. Adult Rider Equitation
#2. Same as class 20. May be asked to ride without stirrups or
perform similar tests.
Class 22. Adult Rider Over Fences.
Two fences crossrails 18"

WORKING HUNTER DIVISION
Open to all equine breeds with riders of
any age. Adults may ride ponies. EASY COURSES
Class 23. Working
Hunter Over Fences #1. To be shown over a course of at least 8 fences set
at approximately 2'6".
Class 24. Working Hunter Over Fences #2. Same as class
23 over a changed course.
Class 25. Special Handy Hunter over Fences. Same as
class 24. To be shown over a changed course.
Class 26. Working Hunter Under Saddle. To be shown at a
walk, trot and canter both ways in the ring. Martingales are not
permitted.
CHILDREN'S HUNTER HORSE/PONY DIVISION
Open to Horses and Ponies. Rider to be under 18 years of age as of Dec 1, 2007. To be judged on performance and soundness with special emphasis on manners and suitability. Excessive speed will be penalized. Fences at 2'. Horse/Ponies may at their option elect to jump the same courses at 2'6"
Class 27. Children's
Hunter Under Saddle. To be shown both ways in the ring at a walk, trot and
canter. Light contact with the horse/pony's mouth is required.
Horse/pony should be obedient, alert and move freely. They should not be
eliminated for slight errors.
Class 28. Children's Hunter Over Fences #1. To be shown
over course of at least 6 fences.
Class 29. Children's Hunter Over Fences #2. The same as
class 28 but over a changed course.
Class 30. Children's Special Handy Hunter Over Fences.
Same as Class 29 but will be a handy course.
LOW GREEN HUNTER DIVISION
Open to all equine breeds in their first or second year of showing. Fences will not exceed 2' and the course will be easy. Horse or Ponies may trot corners without being penalized. Adults may ride ponies.
Class 31. Low Green
Hunter Over Fences #1. To be shown over a course of at least 6 fences.
Class 32. Low Green Hunter Over Fences #2. Same as class
31 but over a changed course.
Class 33. Low Green Hunter Walk Trot. To be shown both
ways in the ring at a walk and a trot only.
Class 34. Low Green Hunter Walk-Trot-Canter. To be shown
both ways in the ring at a walk, trot, and canter.
SHORT STIRRUP EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to young riders who have not reached their 13th birthday as of December 1, 2007. To be judged on hands, seat, general appearance and control of mount.
Class 35. Short
Stirrup Equitation over Cross rails. To be shown over course of 5 cross
rail jumps not higher than 18 inches. Simple course design.
Class 36. Short Stirrup Equitation Walk-Trot. To be
shown at the walk and trot both ways in the ring.
Class 37. Short Stirrup Equitation Advanced. To be shown
at a walk, trot and extended trot both ways in the ring. Rider may be
asked to halt, stand, back up and dismount and mount.
Class 38. Short Stirrup Equitation Equitation Advanced. To be shown at
a walk, trot and canter both ways in the ring. May be asked to perform tasks.
PRE-ADULT LONG STIRRUP DIVISION
WALK TROT ONLY
Open to all exhibitors who have not

above but may be asked to ride a figure 8 or perform other simple tasks.
JUNIOR EQUITATION DIVISION
Open to all riders who have not reached their 18th Birthday as of December 1, 2007 and who are no longer Beginner Riders. To be judged on hands, seat, general appearance and control.
Class 42. Junior
Rider-Walk/Trot Advanced. to be shown at the Walk, Trot and extended Trot
both sitting and posting. Will be asked to perform individual tests.
Class 43. Junior Rider-Walk/Trot/Canter. To be shown at
the Walk, Trot and Canter both ways in the ring.
Class 44. Junior Rider-Walk/Trot/Canter/Hack. Same as
class 43 and end with 2 crossrails set at no more than 2 feet. Can be
jumped at a trot or canter.
GREEN HUNTER DIVISION
Open to all equine breeds in their first or second year of showing, open to riders of any age. To be shown in English Tack. NO MARTINGALES PERMITTED.
Class 45. Green Hunter
Walk-Trot. To be shown at a walk and trot both ways in the ring.
class 46. Green Hunter Advanced Walk-Trot. To be shown
at a walk, trot and extended trot both ways in the ring. Horses/ponies may
be asked to halt, stand, back-up and riders to dismount and mount.
Class 47. Green Hunter Walk-Trot-Canter. To be shown at
a walk, trot and canter both ways in the ring.
BEGINNER RIDER DIVISION
Open to all equine breeds with riders of any age. Riders must be in their first or second year of showing (excluding lead-line). To be judged on hands seat and guidance of horse or pony. English or Western attire permitted.
Class 48. Beginner
Rider Walk-Trot or Jog. To be shown at a walk, trot, or jog both ways in
the ring.
Class 49. Beginner Rider Advanced Walk-Trot or Jog. To
be shown at a walk, trot or Jog and extended trot both ways in the ring.
Horses will be asked to halt and stand and back-up. Riders may be asked to
dismount and mount.
Class 50. Beginner Rider Walk-Trot/Jog-Canter/Lope. To
be shown at a Walk, Trot/Jog and Canter/Lope both ways in the ring.
Class 51. Beginner Rider Equitation over Crossrails. To be
shown over a course of 5 crossrails no higher than 18".
ENGLISH PLEASURE DIVISION
Open to all equine breeds and riders of any age. To be shown in English tack. To be judged with emphasis on manners and suitability, as well as soundness and performance. Must back readily and stand quietly. NO MARTINGALES PERMITTED.
Class 52. English
Pleasure Horse or Pony. To be shown at a Walk, Trot and Canter both ways
in the ring.
Class 53. Cross Country English Pleasure. To be shown at
the Walk, Trot, and canter both ways in the ring. Riders may be asked to
dismount and mount or to back readily.
Class 54. English Pleasure Bridle Path Hack. To be shown
at the Walk, Trot and Canter both ways in the ring. May be asked to ride a
sitting trot and or hand gallop (no more than8 horses at a time will be
asked to hand gallop and only one way in the ring). At any time, horses
may be asked to halt and walk on.
